Presented to Surrey History Centre by Mrs Brenda Thain, 45 Cunningham Avenue, Guildford, GU21 2PE, August 2002. Mrs Thain worked for a small firm of solicitors in Guildford (no longer in existence) among whose clients was the St. Pancras Building Society. These pre-registration deeds, from a collection of deeds apparently relating to business conducted for the Building Society, were saved from destruction by Mrs Thain.
