Report by Caroe and Passmore of 3 Great College St., Westminster, detailing the work required to bring the school up to modern standards. The report concludes:
The School is a good example of the better type of Village School erected in the last century; the construction generally is sound and the Class Rooms are light and airy.....however, the accommodation is in many respects deficient when judged by modern standards and, without considerable expenditure and the acquisition of additional land, it would not be possible to make the building comply with present day requirements.
