Given to John Gent in 1977 by Phyllis Kynaston, niece of Beatrice Kynaston.
Administrative:
Beatrice Eleanor Kynaston, born January 1872, was the 6th child of Robert and Mary Kynaston of Bensham Villa, 236 London Road. Educated at home, she was a keen church goer and was superintendent of the Sunday School at St Saviours. During WWI, she worked at the Croydon War Depot. She later moved to Dorking.
