Administrative history

Archival history

Custodial:
Found with other documents at 58A Shirley Road, Croydon. There is nothing on the cash journals to indicate their ownership, but other evidence indicates that they are almost certainly records of Hardings. Their contents clearly relate to a solicitors business. Other ephemeral items (now destroyed) deposited with the journals came from Hardings and relate to a divorce case and estate business handled by them. In addition, the Rev J A Vigor, who was represented by Hardings, appears frequently in the journals.

Administrative:
The offices of Harding Co were at 103 George Street in the 1920s and 1930s
