The Handbill is produced by Henry Keatly Moore and Henry Vincent Moss, who were standing for election to the Council. The election was held on the 1st November 1902 and this handbill was distributed in the weeks running up to the elections. On the reverse side of the item, a satirical cartoon form The Westminster Gazette has been attached dated 27 May 1902.
