Comprises photographs of various events mostly the first Authors Book Week opened by Noel Streatfield on 4 November 1949. In addition there are photographs commemorating the Croydon Writers Circle summer outing in 1952 ,the presentation ceremony to the winner of the Poetry Section, Neil Vermont, in November 1983, Croydon Arts Day held in the Whitgift Centre in October 1985 and a small album of photographs taken at the fortieth anniversary party held at Fairfield Halls in July 1985
