Found at Glen Afon, 43 Haling Park Road, South Croydon, the former home of P.C. Brazier. The house had stood empty for some years and occupied by squatters. It is now demolished and replaced by a modern block of apartments, standing at the corner of Haling Park Road and Pampisford Road.
Administrative:
The papers relate to the house-building concern of P.C.Brazier from 1940 Brazier Estates Ltd. Brazier was living in Anerley in 1936, but seems to have moved to South Croydon by 1939.
