The Fairfield Halls Collection consists of:

1. programmes and diaries for events in both the main and auxiliary spaces (these comprise the majority of the collection). There is also a finding aid created from the published events diaries which list the majority of public facing events that were held at the Fairfield Halls. This can be searched by staff to resolve queries.
2. marketing materials such as posters and flyers
3. photographs documenting the construction of the building and key events
4. administrative records
5. material relating to the Fairfield Halls Corps of Stewards

Log book of trip by Winterbourne Girls School to Seaford and Sussex, compiled by Avril Frater, aged 9, of Form 4A. The book is in a loose leaf format, with a printed cover. It mainly consists of duplicated sheets prepared by teachers (giving practical arrangements for the trip, maps, background information on places to be visited, exercises to be done, etc); with further material added by Avril Frater, including answers to exercises; sketches; 3 photographs; 13 pressed flowers; etc.

1 vol: Solicitors ledger recording delivery of documents, presumably on deposit for safe custody. Lists the deliverer or owner of the the document together with date of the document, title of the document, the property to which the documents relate, the date of delivery and by whom i.e. the member of staff, the document was received. Many of the addresses are within Croydon or the surrounding area.
