Archivist's note

This collection needs to be fully catalogued, arranged, damaging attachments removed, rehoused, and weeded. Closure periods need to be set and this material separated out. Instead of keeping all the newspaper cuttings, we should create a finding aid to include within the archive, listing the date, title of article and newspaper, so they can be accessed via the microfilm readers in the Research Room.
