Probate attached to will of James Wilkinson. Shows that after the death of James Wilkinson, his executor, Henry Wilkinson, has permission to carry out the wishes expressed in the will, and has proved that the will is valid. This follows an inventory of James Wilkinsons estate. Permission granted by Prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury in the Deanery of Croydon, or a surrogate attached to the institution, by the name of Linthwaite Farrant.

Henry is also appointed sole ewxecutor of the estate. Signed inpresence of John Webb, Walter Bernard and Charles Small.
