1) Memories of the Second World War, 1939 - 1945 recorded by Dorothy Lowe and typed by her daughter Evelyn Houghton. Contains descriptions of ARP work, domestic air raid precautions (including Morrison shelters), the flying bomb of June 1944 which destoyed their house in Norbury and the experience of being rehoused.
2) Memories of 1944 recorded and typed by Evelyn Houghton.
3) Four photographs:
a) 12 Acacia Road, Norbury following bombing of June 1944.
b) Morrison Shelter with Evelyn Lowe and Hilary Lowe.
c) Norbury ARP including Arthur Lowe.
