Temporary log book commenced by party remaining in the evacuation zone following the reopening of the South Norwood premises on 15 April 1940. Initially evacuated to Brighton, the threat of invasion in July 1940 meant that the party was moved to New Haw, Chertsey together with pupils from Ingram and Gonville Schools. The remaining pupils were subsequently (late 1942) merged with local schools.
