Plus demand from freeholder for ground rent, letter from Council re: smarter streets (2002) and land registry documents re: buildings on corner of South Norwood Hill and High St.

Two photograph albums and loose photographs showing HMS Milne, and its crew, on active service together with views taken in Italy, Jerusalem, Malta etc as well as a tour of the ship by HM King George VI. Also included is a newspaper cutting detailing the gift of the ships ensign to the Mayor of Croydon (Cllr Boddington, Mayor 1943 - 4) by Captain L.M.R. Campbell.

Scrapbook of Marjorie Mary Sanger. The contents are mainly greetings cards with some school certificates. The collection also consists of a New Testament given to her at Croydon British School to mark the coronation of George VI in 1937 and two pieces of embroidery commemorating the coronation of Elizabeth II in 1953.

Collection of property transfer documents relating to the sales of Herons Croft to the Dreyer family in 1968 and by the Dreyer family in 1997. Also includes newspaper cuttings, information relating to listed building status and sales particulars from previous sales as well as research notes.

A bundle of photographs, some apparently taken from a scrap book, showing school activities from the late 1940s to early 1960s. Activities include harvest festivals, nativity plays, coronation parade (1953) etc. Also included is a 1927 teachers report from Furzedown Training College for Irene Eveline Barnett. As the collection also includes a couple of personal photographs, it is likely that the collection came from her family.
